Shona lives in Adelaide, South Australia where she worked for over 25 years as a narrative therapist.

She made narrative practices the focus of her work with individuals, families and groups. Shona was very fortunate to join with Michael White, Maggie Carey and Rob Hall in forming Narrative Practices Adelaide.
