Itziar Urquiola Guerrero
Itziar Urquiola Guerrero - I am driven by finding ways in which the territory shows particularities of the world and our experience that we had not seen, fissures through which to turn the direction and enhance it.
I studied anthropology, then I trained as a narrative practitioner in 2013, currently I am part of several training spaces at the Autonomous University of Querétaro, in the Masters, Diploma and Semillero of the Collective Narrative Practices; in various organizational spaces with women, students, children, peasants, around the cultivation of the territory from herbalism, health, beekeeping and communality.
I am interested in conversation and consultation with people as spaces for naming, signifying, healing and organising, based on their own research and movement, where people, groups and communities have more paths to walk, decide on directions, pauses, rhythms and types of movement.
I am concerned with paying attention to the ways in which we construct relationships, links and their interweaving; voice, orality and ethics in documentation.
